• A deposit of 20% of the rental is required at the time of booking
  with the balance payable 2 months prior to rental period.
  
  
• Changeover day is normally Saturday. Negotiable depending on demand.
  Prices for additional days may be available on request
  
  
• Discounts may be available for small groups not in peak season.
  
  
• Short stays also available off-season. Contact agent for details.
  
  
• Fresh towels and bed linen are provided on a weekly basis.
  
  
• English speaking assistant on hand to answer any questions during your stay.
  
  
• Cleaning on departure is included.
  
  
• A complimentary welcome food pack is provided on arrival including
  a bottle of local wine, freshly baked bread and olive oil.
